This is a great recipe after a hard workout or after a morning run - full of vitamins, antioxidants and protein!
1 Cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
1 handful of fresh spinach (here is the kick!)
2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Scoops Unflavored Kaizen Natural Whey Protein Powder (or any other brand)
Blend all the above and enjoy!
Yield 2 servings.
P.S. Don't be afraid of the spinach, you can't taste it!
